Graepel S-Wire is a heavy-duty barrier wire designed for applications with heightened security requirements. It is used to secure sensitive areas and provides physical perimeter protection against unauthorized entry or attempts to scale fences, for example.
The use of special spring steel wire creates a stable, durable barrier with a high level of protection, including against cutting or tampering. Different variants are available depending on the application.

Product Features
The security strap is stamped from 0.5 mm thick sheet steel and folded around a 2.5 mm thick spring steel wire. Depending on the design, the coils are additionally clamped together, creating a sturdy accordion effect.
The combination of high-tensile spring steel wire and clamping ensures high rigidity and makes it difficult to crush or cut through.
Each variant is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel. Optionally, versions with crimped spring steel wire and/or a bronze-green bitumen coating are available.
