Graepel-Stabil Xtrem features a C-shaped contoured profile. The embossing is an enlarged version of Graepel-Stabil. The surface features 70 mm long, upward-facing olive-shaped openings with serrated edges. The profile height is 17 mm. The free cross-section, at approx. 43%, is slightly smaller than that of Graepel-Stabil. Graepel-Stabil Xtrem is highly load-bearing. The profile offers very high slip resistance and drainage, as well as a large displacement volume. Thanks to its excellent dimensional stability, large grating widths can be achieved without additional support. Profile widths of up to 776 mm are possible.
Use
Graepel-Stabil Xtrem is recommended for use wherever extreme weather and environmental conditions prevail, both onshore and offshore. Graepel-Stabil Xtrem also ensures safety underfoot in the presence of precipitation, sediments, oils, greases and lubricants. It is suitable, for example, for walkways in locks, fish farms and boat jetties, for maintenance platforms on cable cars or wind turbines, or for inspection areas on oil platforms.
