Straight stair tread

The Graepel-Garden straight stair tread is made of hot-dip galvanized steel (DD 11) with a welded edge on the front. The surface features hemispherical embossments facing upward (d=4 mm) and downward-facing punched holes with a diameter of 8 mm, arranged in staggered rows. The open area is approximately 9%, giving this stair tread a certain degree of slip resistance and displacement, as well as good drainage properties.

Due to the small hole diameter, it is suitable for use in public areas and is designed for a uniform load of 5 kN/m² and a point load of 1.5 kN over 200 x 200 mm. The step can be walked on with fine footwear as well as barefoot.

The sheet metal is 2.0 mm thick. The stair tread is 70 mm high. Various lengths and widths are available. The hole spacing is 120 mm for treads 240 mm wide, 150 mm for treads 270 mm wide, and 180 mm for treads 300 mm wide. Other materials and dimensions are available upon request.
