1. Graepel-60-Stabil
The Graepel-60-Stabil ladder rung is 60 mm wide and 30 mm high. The perforation corresponds to the Graepel-Stabil pattern and features 45 mm long, upward-facing olive-shaped openings with serrated edges. The profile height is 13 mm. Despite its large displacement volume and excellent drainage properties, this pattern has a 15 mm barrier. (A ball ≥ 15 mm cannot fall through.)
The front leg is chamfered 7 mm inwards. This rung is available with a fixed length of 500 mm (with a notch for a clear rail spacing of 452 mm) for welding onto a tube (d = 48 mm).
This rung complies with standard DIN EN ISO 18799-1.
2. Graepel-Stabil 90°
In this variant, the Graepel-Stabil embossing is rotated by 90°. This makes it possible to offer the ladder rung not only as a fixed length of 500 mm (with a notch for a clear rung spacing of 451.6 mm) for welding onto a tube (d = 48 mm), but also as a 1,980 mm long bar without a notch, which can be cut to length individually.
