Graepel construction stairs are mobile, temporary stair solutions designed to safely bridge height differences during construction phases. They are designed for quick assembly and disassembly and allow for flexible adaptation to various installation situations.
Made of aluminum and equipped with slip-resistant, profiled steps, the construction staircase ensures safe access even under construction site conditions. Thanks to its adjustable incline, it can be adapted to a level surface and, if necessary, also used as a walkway.
Benefits & Features
- Quick setup and takedown on site
- Steps with slip-resistant embossing (Graepel-Stabil or Graepel-Universal)
- Effective drainage thanks to perforated step structure
- Adjustable slope via slotted holes in stringers and steps
- Load capacity up to 1.5 kN per step
- Load capacity up to 3.5 kN/m² distributed load (as a walkway up to 3.0 kN/m²)
- Designed for heights up to 3.00 m
Technical Design and Engineering
Prefabricated stairs are delivered as a stair kit and, in the standard version, consist of 15 steps with a Graepel-Stabil embossed finish (raw aluminum) and插-in posts.
Technical specifications (standard version):
- Max. height: 3.00 m
- Step width: 900 mm
- Width with handrails: 1170 mm
- Load capacity up to 1.5 kN per step
- Load capacity up to 3.5 kN/m² distributed load
The slope can be flexibly adjusted. For inclines ranging from 0° to 37°, the standard handrail can be used. For steeper angles, the lower handrail bracket must be removed.
Three standard versions are available for different heights (15, 11, or 6 steps).
