For Fair Coexistence
Graepel has established a whistleblower system to implement the requirements of the Whistleblower Directive (EU Directive on the protection of whistleblowers of December 16, 2019 – EU Directive 2019/1937). Through this system, both internal and external individuals can report potential incidents—anonymously if desired.
Various reporting channels are available for this purpose, through which potential misconduct by employees or violations of our Code of Conduct and supply chain requirements can be reported. This ensures that reports are promptly investigated and—if necessary—appropriate measures are taken.
If you have questions about the Code of Conduct or would like to submit a report, you can contact a representative in your immediate work environment at any time. This includes, for example, your supervisors, plant management, the Human Resources department, or the works council. All individuals who receive reports will, of course, treat them confidentially and handle the information responsibly.
In addition to these personal contacts, we also offer the option to report concerns via email.
