As CSO, Carlo Graepel shapes the market- and innovation-oriented development of the group. His focus is on growth, internationalization, and the forward-looking development of customers, markets, and products.
As COO, Felix Graepel is responsible for the group’s core industrial processes. His work centers on efficient structures, lean processes, and the continuous improvement of operational performance.
Thorsten Trippler has been a member of the Executive Board as CFO since 2026. He stands for financial transparency, reliable corporate governance, and the further development of processes and the organization.
Together, the Executive Board leads Graepel with the goal of combining tradition and progress, taking responsibility, and guiding the corporate group successfully into the future over the long term. Collectively, the three board members are responsible for the strategic direction and sustainable development of the family-owned company.
