Graepel North America has been based in Omaha, Nebraska, since 2006—founded with the goal of providing even more direct support to our customers in North America. Since 2010, we have also been manufacturing on-site in Omaha and have gradually expanded our production. Our central location in the Midwest, proximity to many customers, and a strong regional work culture shape our daily operations. We manufacture perforated sheet metal products and assemblies for our customers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

ICATT - Training Program
ICATT brings the German dual training system to the U.S., combining hands-on work at a company with coursework at a partner college. From day one, participants gain professional experience, earn money, and gradually develop in-demand industry skills. At the same time, they earn an associate degree and an IHK certification. Through this program, Graepel North America provides training in the U.S. according to German IHK standards, thereby strengthening local workforce development and competitiveness in the long term. The training is funded by Graepel.
“Graepel North America is proud to offer a dual training program. The program focuses on familiarizing trainees with Graepel’s expertise, particularly regarding specific machines and processes used to manufacture components required in the agricultural, construction, automotive, and rail industries. Graepel offers a unique opportunity: The company not only covers the trainees’ tuition, books, and other expenses, but also pays them a salary for attending college and provides health and dental insurance fully funded by the employer. At the end of the program, the trainee receives an Associate of Science degree in advanced technical education, practical work experience, and the opportunity to work full-time at a growing company.”
